T625 Gokbey Helicopter Intake Icing Wind Tunnel Test Campaign

Abstract

The T-625 GÖKBEY is multi-role utility helicopter designed by Turkish Aerospace. Compliance demonstration for the helicopter air induction system icing requirements defined in CS-29 are accomplished with icing wind tunnel test campaign. In this paper, the wind tunnel test models, test conditions, test procedures, visualized test results and the data gathering process from the Aerodynamic Interface Plane (AIP) of the engine are introduced.
