This study examines various fuselage parameters that was predicted to have a significant effect on rotorcraft fuselage drag in a design space generated by statistical engineering tools. The paper begins with a discussion about boundaries and aims of the conceptual design phase. It then explains the level of detail of the work and the reasons for working at this level of detail. Finally, the aerodynamic and statistical analysis of the design space is presented. At the end of the study, the reader is presented with graphs which were obtained from an empirical equation to show how each parameter changes the helicopter fuselage and what changes can be made.
